     Hamlet Village Resort Condominiums offer outstanding accommodations AT GREAT RATES, in a picturesque wooded setting with access to Nub’s Nob Downhill & X-Country Ski Trails (summer hiking, mountain biking, nature trails, access to the North Country trail system & mountain views) and are centrally located to the entire Harbor Springs – Petoskey resort, shopping, dining & golf areas.

     Each unit has a “whirlpool spa”, fireplace, deluxe kitchen with dishwasher & microwave, outdoor grill, cable TV, wireless internet access, telephone, and washer & dryer. Units are complete including linens. All units are air-conditioned and “Non Smoking”. These units include use of Hamlet Club heated pool, whirlpool, sauna, & tennis courts.

     Our central location is one of our great attractions! We are close to both casual & gourmet dining, a wide variety of shopping including unique shoppes in Harbor Springs & Petoskey, golf & golf packages, inland & Lake Michigan beaches, boating (rentals & ramps), jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing & charters, Petoskey stone hunting, spectacular sunsets, biking & hiking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, art fairs & festivals, museums & historical sites, casinos, vineyards & farm markets, picturesque fall color tours, sporting clays & Grouse & Pheasant hunting and so much more. Ferry service to Mackinac Island is 25 miles North.

Contact Land Masters Hamlet Village Rentals at 231-526-2754 or 1-800-678-2341 with the dates desired & number of people in your party. A non-refundable advance reservation deposit is required with balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Notify us at once & follow up in writing. Rental deposit will be returned only if your reserved unit is re-rented in full. (SORRY, no refunds due to unfavorable weather conditions).

Condo Rules:
SORRY, NO SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. ATV’s & Trailers are not allowed at the individual units, but upon request, may be parked in a separate designated area.
